Three people have been arrested in Khulo municipality for kidnapping a minor girl. All three defendants were arrested on the basis of a judge"s ruling.

According to the investigation, M.Z., along with two accomplices, illegally deprived of liberty in connection with the marriage of a minor, born in 2003, and drove by car on the Batumi-Akhaltsikhe road to Tsalka.

Investigation is in progress under the Article 143 (3) (a) and (d) of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

The crime envisages up to 10 years in prison.
