Russian Investigative Committee requests consent from Georgia for imposing criminal liability on Yaroslav Sumbayev.

According to existing information, the Investigative Committee requests Georgian side’s consent to imposing responsibility on Sumbaev for the murder of Eugenia Shishkina.

She was killed on October 10, 2018 near Moscow.

Sumbaev was arrested in Tbilisi in November 2018 on charges of involvement in the murder. He was extradited to Russia in October of the last year.
