The Tbilisi City Court has imposed GEL 5,000 bail on Georgian Dream deputies – Tarash Shurgaia, Alexandre Khujadze and Avtandil Tsintsadze - who were accused of subjecting United National Movement member Levan Khabeishvili to violence.

The judge approved the Prosecutor’s motion for setting the bail at GEL 5 000.

On 24 January, charges were also pressed on Khabeishvili after an incident occurred in the Tbilisi City Assembly Hall, which involved violence against Deputy Head of the Assembly Irakli Zakrua,

A physical clash took place during the Revision Commission sitting, on January 24. During the clash, Levan Khabeishvili received injuries.
