According to the Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani, the Council of Europe Ministerial, which will also be attended by the Russian delegation, will be held in Strasbourg instead of Tbilisi.

As the Minister said during a briefing, the decision was made at today’s sitting of the Committee of Ministers’ Deputies in Strasbourg.
