The officers of Gori Regional Division of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained in the village Kere of Gori Municipality N.D. (DoB 1984) for violence against the family member and threat.

Committed crime envisages up to 3 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that the accused physically assaulted his spouse- L.Kh. (DoB 1983) and threatened to kill her.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence and threat against family member, article 1261, I part and article 111 151, II part, sub-clause “D” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
