Kakheti Police detained 1 person in Iormughanlo on the fact of threat

The officers of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative measures, detained in Iormughanlo one person - Sh.I. (DoB: 1985) on the fact of threat.

The investigation established that on September 3 of the current year, in Sagarejo Minicipality, the accused verbally abused a fellow villager F.M. (DoB: 1979) and threatened to kill him with a knife.

Law enforcers detained Sh.I. on the day of crime in Kakheti.

Police conducted interrogations regarding the incident and relevant expertises were appointed.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of threat of death or bodily injury (part 1 of the Article 151 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
