Out of 1,872 new cases of coronavirus, 913 cases were reported in Tbilisi, 337 in Imereti and 296 in Adjara. Such a statement made today the Deputy Chief of Operational Staff at the Interagency Coordination Council.

Berdia Sichinava also named the locations where 1 872 new coronavirus cases detected in the past 24 hours. The locations are as follows:

Shida Kartli – 54
Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti – 90
Guria – 32
Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 30
Kakheti – 13
Samtskhe-Javakheti – 11
Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 7
According to Sichinava, at this stage 401 COVID-patients are in a serious state, of those, 159 in Tbilisi and 80 in Adjara. Among them, 117 are on artificial ventilation.
