The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities detained two persons convicted in past.

Z.G. (DoB 1977) is accused of causing severe health damage on purpose, while Sh.B. (DoB 1995) is accused of causing a minor health damage on purpose.

Investigation established that, on the basis of conflict, detainees caused health damage to the security officer of “Vivamed” - B.Tch. (DoB 1995) in the course of which, Z.G. inflicted body injury with a cold steal to the victim. The wounded person has been transferred to the hospital, his live is no longer in danger.

Investigation against Z.G. is in progress on the fact of causing severe health damage on purpose under the article 117, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

Investigation against Sh.B. is in progress on the fact of causing a minor health damage on purpose, article 120, I part under the Criminal Code of Georgia.
