UK Prime Minister visits Olympia London for opening of Great British Beer Festival

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak visited Olympia London for the opening day of The Great British Beer Festival.

Sunak met brewers and publicans ahead of doors opening to the public where 800 different beers from around the world will be showcased.

The Great British Beer Festival, organised by the Campaign for Real Ale, runs from 1-5 August at Olympia. The venue has hosted the festival since 2012. The event is staffed by thousands of volunteers, with street food and live entertainment also on offer.
