Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia accompanied by Sulkhan Tamazashvili, Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara and members of the Government of Georgia visited the renovated Public School N7 in Batumi.
Minister of Education and Sports of Adjara, Maia Khajishvili, briefed the Prime Minister of Georgia on the rehabilitation work carried out at the school.
As part of the public school rehabilitation project, structural reinforcements were made to the building, along with a complete interior renovation.
Classrooms, corridors, restrooms, the library and the sports hall were renovated and an elevator was installed. The surrounding area was also improved. The school has a capacity of 1300 students. The total cost of the project is 5 047 000 GEL.
