The court will hear the case of the founder of "Sphero Holding" tomorrow, November, 11. Givi Tsuleiskiri has been arrested.

The case concerns the fact of fraudulent appropriation of large amounts of money belonging to citizens by a group using their official position, with prior agreement. Criminal prosecution has also been initiated against the director of “Sphero Invest”, Giorgi Murusidze, in the same case.

According to the investigation, Tsuleiskiri and Murusidze transferred large amounts of money to the bank account of the organization for about 300 citizens, while they themselves did not fulfill their obligations and fraudulently acquired up to 12 million GEL. The crime provides for up to 9 years in prison.
