Members of the Georgian Legion in Ukraine are attending the hearing in the Kiev Court of Appeal.

According to deputy head of the Georgian Legion Shota Kedelashvili, they have already provided official documentation to the Ukrainian Prosecutor`s Office which confirms that that Gia Tsertsvadze really fought at the Ukrainian side and tried to stop the Russian occupation.

Kedelashvili said that the document was signed by the officials.

"We do not know what will be the fate of the next soldier. I do not know today what will happen to me, I do not know what the Georgian government will do and what sort of information it would provde regarding me and my fellow fighters," - said Kedelashvili.
