49-years old Benoît Hamon has won French Socialist Party’s Presidential Nomination.

The former Education Minister"s rival was a former Prime Minister Manuel Valls, who won just 41 percent of the vote. Benoît Hamon has got 58 percent of votes.

The first round of presidential elections will be held on April 23.
