An Islamic State car bomb killed 60 people on Friday in a suburb of Syrian city.

The blast hit a security checkpoint controlled by rebels fighting under the Free Syrian Army (FSA).

Most of victims are locals.
Al-Bab was freed from Islamic State yesterday. However fight still continues.
