The meeting with the Tbilisi district admnistration employees - according to "Rustavi 2" information, Kakha Kaladze, the mayoral candidate of "Georgian Dream" was to meet in the restaurant "Barakon" in Tbilisi local self-government representatives. Kaladze did not attend the meeting. Presumably, the ruling party found out that "Courier" was informed about this meeting.

Nevertheless, the event in "Barakon" was not canceled. The hall was completely closed and the board members started to arrive a few hours before the meeting. Beka Mikautadze, the governor of the Saburtalo district was among them.

Up to 10 people said in a conversation with the "Courier" that they came for a birthday party. One of them verbally insulted the Rustavi2 crew.
