Confrontation between President and Parliament`s Chairman continues. At the closed meeting with Georgian diplomats, Irakli Kobakhidze criticized the president.

Chairman of the Parliament is dissatisfied with the information regarding the constitutional reform on the international arena. The Chairman of the Parliament gave ambassadors the explanations on this issue, hoping that his narrative would assist Georgian diplomats in spreading the right information with foreign colleagues.

President`s administration evaluated today`s statement of Irakli Kobakhidze as a party assignment to the ambassadors. Tengiz Pkhaladze accused the Chairperson of the Parlament of using the diplomatic corps for party purposes.

The members of the ruling party demanded from the President to apologize because of Pkhaladze`s statement.

Simlar to the President"s administration, the opposition believes that the chairperson of the parliament has given party instructions for ambassadors.
