After a year of discussion, the Constitutional Court has announced a decision in regard to Rustavi2"s case. The Constitutional Court did not satisfy the appeal of the broadcasting company.

Discussion of the case on immoral deal continues for two years already. The TV Company "Georgia" requested to recognize unconstitutionality of an article of the civil code, which creates the possibility of invalidation of the contract due to the disproportionate price.
A plenum of the constitutional court has received a decision with only five votes. Giorgi Kverenchkhiladze, Irina Imerlishvili, Maia Kopaleishvili and Tamaz Tsabutashvili have not supported the decision.

According to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, different judgments of these judges will be enclosed to the decision.
