Nika Melia’s office burnt down in Gldani

The election office of Nika Melia, one of the leaders of the UNM and Gldani majoritarian candidate, was set on fire by unknown persons today.

The interior of the building is damaged, and the windows are broken. According to the owner of the area, the fire broke out at 6am. He thinks that the incident is linked to politics.

Forensic experts and patrol police are working on the spot. An investigation has been launched under the Article 187 (damage or destruction of another’s property).
