The infection rate has practically doubled, this is a direct result of irresponsible protests. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia at the government meeting.

“We are closely monitoring the dynamics in recent days. The infection rate has practically doubled in the last two weeks. This is a direct result of several days of irresponsible protests.

We, of course, call on the population to be careful and cautious regarding our activities in any gathering”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.
