The cyber police received information from the General Secretariat of Interpol on Combating Child Sexual Explanation regarding the production of illegal content in Ukraine with the participation of a minor.

In the course of investigative and search actions, officers of the Cyberpolice Department together with investigators of the Darnytsia Police Department of Kyiv and the Department of International Police Cooperation established the identity of the person involved.

A 27-year-old resident of Poltava region has been raping and committing lewd acts against a young boy for a long time. The defendant also created photos and videos in the course of the crime.

According to the conclusion of the expert of the Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, illegal content belongs to child pornography. The victim was 6 years old at the time of the crime.

In the house of the malefactor militiamen carried out searches. The mobile phone, tablet, hard drive and system unit were removed. A battalion of tactical and operative response of the patrol police of Poltava region was also involved in the searches.

During the preliminary inspection of the seized equipment, more than 500 child pornography files were found, 127 of which were created directly by the person involved with the participation of the injured boy.
