The armored personnel carriers provided by France to Armenia were initially intended for Ukraine, reports the French newspaper Ouest-France. Kyiv rejected them, considering them too weakly protected against artillery fire and anti-tank missiles.

On November 12, it became known that Armenia is starting to receive the first shipments of military equipment as part of the agreement with France.
