Georgian Minister of Health meets Bulgarian counterpart in New York

Minister of Health of Georgia continues his engagements in New York as part of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.

Mikheil Sarjveladze met with Bulgarian counterpart, Silvi Kirilov. They discussed ongoing healthcare reforms in both countries, successful experiences, and prospects for future collaboration.

The ministers focused on key issues such as disease prevention, equitable access to healthcare services, and the adoption of modern medical technologies. Both parties also expressed their readiness to strengthen cooperation in the realm of public health.

During the UN General Assembly, Mikheil Sarjveladze is also scheduled to participate in high-level events and deliver speeches highlighting Georgia’s reform initiatives and priority areas.
