We can already announce the opening date of the winter season at all four resorts, and it will be December 20. This will help vacationers plan their visits, and business representatives plan their activities in advance. Such a statement made today Levan Darsalia, Acting Director of the Mountain Trails Agency.

As he noted, within the framework of infrastructural projects planned for the 2026–2027 ski season in Gudauri, construction works are actively underway.

“Visitors will find new infrastructure in Gudauri this year. At this stage, two new T-bar type ski lift stations are under construction. In addition, we expect the installation works for a magic carpet conveyor to begin very soon. Concurrently, two new ski slopes are being arranged, and earthworks are underway for the installation of the artificial snowmaking system”, - said Levan Darsalia.
