Barack Obama imposes full responsibility for atrocities committed against civilians in Aleppo on the Assad regime, Iran and Russia.

The statement was made at a press conference that Obama held as the US President .

Obama said that despite Russia`s and Assad`s claims, tens of thousands of people remain in Aleppo. Their safe evacuation and humanitarian assistance should be provided by the international observation missions .

Barack Obama also responded to criticism of his opponents, who accuse his administration of delaying the Syrian conflict, and say that the invasion was necessary to end the conflict in Syria . Obama said that military intervention was not the solution, because Washington did not want the occupation of Syria.
