A sitting of Georgian-American Charter is underway in Batumi. The meeting aims to support internally displaced persons, deepen cooperation in the fields of public relations, education, sports, culture and health care.

" Two directions- education and involvement of the occupied territories, will be the main topics of today"s meeting. We will discuss the implementation of the memorandum." - Says First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

According to the Deputy State Minister , the issue of the people affected by the conflict will be discussed as well.
