Evgeny Enin spoke about a Georgian Soldier in an exclusive interview with Rustavi2. Ukraine"s Deputy Prosecutor General claims that they had no other solution as Gia Tserdsvadze was wanted under red notice.

According to him, the Georgian border guards should have the data, sent by Interpol to all countries and border agencies. He can not understand why Gia Tsertsvadze was not warned.

As Mr. Onin states, Ukrainian side has informed Georgian colleagues on Tsertsvadze"s case.

The Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine states that Ukrainian Prosecutor"s Office is still trying to obtain evidences that Gia Tsertsvadze was fighting for Ukraine, which will reduce his sentence.
