The relationship between NATO and Russia is in the most difficult phase since the end of the Cold War. The statement was made by the Secretary General of the Alliance. In an interview with CNN, Jens Stoltenberg accused Russia of annexation of Crimea and destabilizing situation in eastern Ukraine.
"In the case of strong and predictable NATO, we can have a political dialogue with Russia and try to avoid another cold war," says Jens Stoltenberg.
