Attack on Rada MP in the center of Kiev. The explosion was given qualification of a h a terrorist attack. Ukraine"s Interior Minister"s adviser has released a statement. Zoryan Shkiriak does not exclude the involvement of Russian special services in the incident.

The explosion took place late last night at the TV station "Espresso". As a result of the attack, Ukrainian Rada MP Igor Mosichuk and political scientist Vitaly Bala were severely injured. A security guard of the MP"s died shortly after being taken to hospital.

An explosive device exploded when the MP"s car was started. Mosichuk himself considers that Moscow ordered his murder.
