The Sinopharm coronavirus vaccine is safe, and it has widely proved its effectiveness, said today the Chinese Ambassador to Georgia Li Yan.

“More than 100 million doses of the Chinese vaccine injections showed no serious side effects. The Sinopharm is a traditional inactivated virus vaccine that is why it has no serious side effects. It is exported to more than 50 countries”, - added Li Yan.

It should be mentioned that the Chinese government gifted 100,000 doses of the Sinovac coronavirus vaccine to Georgia.
