We will stand by everyone and provide support, they will receive maximum assistance from us. Such a statement made today the Mayor of Tbilisi, while talking about the infrastructure which was damaged during the October 4 rally.
"They caused numerous problems in the capital. I believe that here too, society can see the difference. We are focused on building, creating, and restoring various monuments recognized as cultural heritage, while these radicals and violent individuals are destroying them. It is very distressing and upsetting. People value all these efforts. Of course, we will stand by everyone and provide support, they will receive maximum assistance from us", - said Kakha Kaladze.
He also commented the controversy among rally organizers over collecting funds from immigrants to purchase equipment.
"I do not wish to interfere in internal disputes. If someone has stolen money, behaved improperly, or made certain statements, that is none of my concern. Once again, I thank the majority of Georgia`s population for their correct and constructive stance. It was precisely those 1,100,000 people who responded to the actions of those who seek to undermine our country", - added the Mayor.
