The Prime Minister of Georgia congratulated all first-year students on the start of their academic journey.

“I would like to congratulate all first-year students on the beginning of a new stage in their lives – becoming students. The first step toward a successful professional life has already been taken. I am confident that you will devote great effort to your studies and development, and that many of you will become outstanding professionals who will contribute to our country. I congratulate you all and wish you a successful academic year”, - writes Irakli Kobakhidze.

According to the National Assessment and Examinations Center, more than 31,700 applicants [about 88% of all eligible candidates] this year earned the right to continue their studies at higher education institutions.
