The main theme of the city holiday this year was the history of the ancient and updated Rustavi of the 20th century.

The solemn evening was attended by people of all generations, including people from various fields and professions who made great contributions to the construction and development of the renewed city.

Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater Orchestra and Nika Nikvashvili, “Georgian Voices” ensemble, Nato Metonidze, Nukri Kapanadze, Zviad Bolkvadze, Natalia Kutateladze, Neka Sebiskveradze, Giorgi Sukhitashvili, Lasha Nozadze and Mikheil Javakhishvili took part in the “Rustavkalakoba” solemn concert.

Musician and director Lasha Nozadze presided over the ceremonial event of “Rustavkalakoba”.

The people of Rustaveli have traditionally been celebrating the city holiday every fall for 25 years.
