24-yaer-old Georgian judoka Tato Grigalashvili became the World Champion for the 3rd time consecutively in the -81 kg weight category at the World Championships in Abu Dhabi.

He defeated his Russian rival Timur Arbuzov, who competed at the tournament with a neutral flag, with a waza-ari in the final round and earned the gold medal.

The national team of Georgia has already earned two gold medals and one bronze at the Championships in Abu Dhabi.
